The point of order that I wanted to raise, Chair, is that you should rule whether it's in order for a member, sitting over there, when addressed by the Chair, to remain seated and not to stand, as determined by the Rules. The Rules very clearly state that if a delegate in this House is able to do so, that delegate must stand when addressed by the Chair. The delegate sat while you addressed him, and that is the point of order, Madam.
