Client Services Officers pointed out that working relations between themselves and management were not good for the following reasons: . The unit did not have a Business Unit Manager but Inspection and Enforcement Services (IES) did have one. . The IES had all the required equipment but the Client Services Office did not. . Several requests were submitted to the management but were never responded to. . It was alleged that some officials were moved to better positions without an internal job advertisement being published. . Client Services Officers indicated that they could not disclose everything because they feared intimidation and victimisation. . The unit pointed out that if it could have a Business Management Unit its views could be considered by management.
