I am pleased to inform the House that, as a department, we have responded practically to the employment policy imperatives and our own commitment to empower people with disabilities and women. We have achieved a 5,5% representivity of employees with disabilities and 57,5% representivity of women in senior management positions in the department. Both these achievements exceed the targets set by Cabinet.
