Although spending was largely on track for Auxiliary and Associated Services, there was higher than expected spending for the SIU (at 34.8%) attributed to non-renewal of existing contracts and non- invoicing of clients for work done as a result of legal opinion preventing the SIU from charging its clients. There was also less than expected spending under Justice Modernisation (at 13.9%) attributed to delays in receiving claims from JCPS Cluster departments.
