Mr Chairperson, I expected to continue. [Laughter.] The point is that in clause 10 of this Bill, the right is created to appoint party political observers at the polling station, not simply in one of the classrooms or tents, or whatever it is. You can appoint more party agents to keep an eye on what is going on. I think that reflects the sensitivity about the areas which can have areas of conflict.
