Minister Radebe has asked to be excused. Now, when you begin to talk about refineries, you are taking me over to the energy portfolio which is not my portfolio. But, the reality of the matter is that South Africa needs economic development and growth. In the process, we get entrapped in believing that once part of the economy is privately owned, it is no longer part of the South African economy.
The economy of South Africa is at this point in time, 70% private and 30% public. The total of that 30% and 70% constitute the entirety of the South African economy. Our interest is to make that economy and in its entirety to pump and perform.
