Madam Speaker, I am not allowed to venture, so I will not. Mr President, having congratulated the Speaker, let
me just say I have not been a President before and I have not even been an acting President, so I will not venture to give you advice on how to do the task you have been given. I would like to congratulate you that you are in this position. Like all citizens of our country, we will place our fate in your hands. We will pray and we will follow assiduously as you do your work. We will provide with the support we can give.
If we think we are about to be in trouble, we will indicate that to you that we think that this is not right. We will come and say it here and say it to you and not in some shebeen, tavern or drinking places where you cannot hear what we think about that. I would like to say, congratulations on your rise to this highest office of our land you can count on all of us. Thank you [Applause].
