Thank you, hon Speaker. First of all, Rule 92 prescribes that once you have made a decision, it cannot be challenged by anyone on the floor of the House ... [Interjections.] ... which is unfair the way the Chief Whip of the Opposition has done. He was basically challenging you instead of following the prescribed Rules. Secondly, the very same Rule which the opposition has raised, Rule 142(6), deals with the issues of follow-up questions. The issue of prescribed assets has got nothing to do with the original question and has also got nothing to do with the response of the President.
