(1) How are the aircraft that were issued with certificates of airworthiness that reflect no expiry date removed from the register other than by application by the owner; (2) (a) how often are airlines expected to submit (i) their maintenance records and (ii) currency fees as prescribed by legislation in this regard, (b) how often have the specified submissions been made in each month by each airline in the (i) 2012-13, (ii) 2013-14 and (iii) 2014-15 financial years and (c) what steps has she taken to improve the submission rate in each case; (3) whether she has taken any steps against defaulters in this regard; if not, why not; if so, what are the further relevant details?
