(2) whether any disciplinary action was taken against the specified person for allegedly flouting the provisions of the Ministerial Handbook; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
(3) whether an investigation was launched into the (a) person’s practice of allegedly hiring rental vehicles from Avis for a relative which was paid for by his department and/or (b) relative’s excessive use of petrol expenses; if not, in each case, why not; if so, what are the relevant details of the (i) investigation and (ii) outcome of the investigation in each case?
