(1)What number of members of the State Security Agency (SSA) are categorised as senior management service members (SMS);
(2) whether the SMS members within the SSA submitted their financial disclosure forms to the Department of Public Service and Administration, as required by Regulations 18 and 19 of the Public Service Regulations of 2016, for the (a) 2017-18, (b) 2018-19 and (c) 2019-20 financial years; if not, what are the reasons that SMS members did not submit their financial disclosure forms despite it being a mandatory requirement to do so in terms of the relevant provisions of the Public Service Regulations; if so, what number of SMS members submitted their financial disclosure forms in each of the specified financial years;
(3) whether he plans to take disciplinary action against the implicated SMS members; if not, why not; if so, what is the nature of the disciplinary action that he intends to take against the implicated SMS members?
