Whether, with regard to the recent SA Municipal Workersâ Union (SAMWU)
strike of seven days, the taxpayers will have to pay for services even
though no services were delivered; if not, what is the position in
this regard; if so, (a) how can citizens pay for services that were
not delivered and (b) who will take responsibility for these bills?
