Mr D A Kganare (Cope) to ask the Minister of Health:
(1) Whether any provinces (a) overspent or (b) underspent their overall
budget in the (i) 2010-11 and (ii) 2011-12 financial years; if so,
(aa) which provinces and (bb) by how much, in each case;
(2) whether any provinces underspent on infrastructure in the same
period; if so, (a) which provinces and (b) by how much, in each case?

2) (a) In the 2010/11 financial year there was no Health
Infrastructure Grant until the 2011/12 financial year. Prior to
2011/12, the Health Infrastructure Grant was fully managed by
the National Treasury.
