(1) How much money was spent on the delivery of antiretrovirals (ARVs) in each province (a) in the (i) 2009-10, (ii) 2010-11 and (iii) 2011-12 financial years and (b) from 1 April 2012 up to the latest specified date for which information is available; (2) whether the facilities where these ARVs are stored are up to standard; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (a) where are these ARVs being stored before being delivered to hospitals and health care centres, (b) what are the storage costs and (c) what are the further relevant details; (3) (a) what procedures are in place when these ARVs are being delivered to the various health facilities, (b) who is responsible for (i) monitoring the distribution and (ii) delivery to the facilities of his (aa) department and (bb) laboratories of the health care facilities; (4) whether the reports of the responsible persons from each of these facilities are up to date; if not, why not; if so, (a) what steps have been taken to rectify this situation and (b) what are the further relevant details?
