(1) (a) How many Special Investigating Unit (SIU) reports on irregular financial management practices at the SA Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) were compiled since May 2009, (b) on what date was each of these reports submitted to the SABC, (c) what was the total expenditure on these reports, (d) what amounts, if any, are still owed by the SABC with regard to these reports and (e) who is currently managing the implementation of the recommendations of these reports; (2) whether he intends to table each of the original SIU reports in the National Assembly; if not, what is the position in this regard; (3) (a)(i) what number of (a) SABC employees and/or (ii) former employees have been charged with irregular financial management practices and (b) what are the names of the (i) employees and (ii) managers implicated in the SIU reports who are still in the employ of the SABC; (4) whether any of the recommendations in the SIU reports were implemented; if so, which recommendations (a) were implemented and (b) will be implemented immediately by the SABC management and Board; (5) whether he will take steps to ensure that the irregular financial management practices identified in the 2009 Report of the Auditor-General will be rooted out before the end of his term; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what are the relevant details?
