(1) (a) What was the outcome of the skills audit of the SA Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), (b) which company was recruited to assist with the process, (c) how will the results be implemented and (d) what are the details of the adjustment of the organisational structure of the SABC to provide for fewer executive posts; (2) whether any vacancies for executive posts were advertised (a) in the print media and (b) on the radio; if not, why not; if so, (i) which media channels were utilised and (ii) what was the cost for (aa) such advertisements and (bb) the recruitment agency; (3) whether any appointments were made; if not, (a) when will the posts of (i) Head of News, (ii) the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and (iii) the Chief Operating Officer (COO) be filled and (b) what (i) process will be followed to fill these posts and (ii) are the reasons for the delay in filling these posts to date; if so, (aa) which appointments were made and (bb) who are the newly appointed SABC executives; (4) whether any out of court settlement has been reached with the SABC employees who have been suspended pending disciplinary hearings; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, what are the (a) cost implications and (b) further relevant details; (5) what (a) amounts have been paid in terms of salaries for the suspended (i) Head of News, (ii) CFO and (iii) COO since the date of their suspension and (b) is the breakdown of the monies paid to employees in acting capacities?
