(1) In respect of each province, how many schools (a) have established partnerships with (i) immediate communities and (ii) other government departments to ensure safety and security in and around schools (b) have established (i) clear conflict resolution and (ii) disciplinary mechanisms, with the input of the (aa) learners and (bb) school governing bodies, (c) utilise the disciplinary procedures appropriately and consistently and (d) ensured that the perimeters of the school are secured; (2) in respect of each province, how many School Management Teams (a) oversee the establishment of a safe environment, (b) have developed a negotiated school safety procedure in line with existing policy, (c) have developed mechanisms and procedures to reduce vulnerability when children travel to and from school, (d) monitor safety and risk factors in the school, (e) identify volunteers that can work with the school on issues of (i) safety, (ii) care and (iii) support and (f) identify infrastructure needs that facilitate (i) safety, (ii) support and (iii) quality education?
