REPLY:
1) New Norms and standards for learners with disabilities have not yet
been completed for gazetting. The outcomes of the Inclusive Education
field test which tested the viability of the various implementation
strategies proposed in Education White Paper 6 are currently being
analysed with a view to translating these into funding and post
provisioning norms and standards.
(2) In view of the fact that the norms and standards have not yet been
completed, this question cannot be answered.
