The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Draft Notice and Schedule determining the rate at which salaries are payable to Constitutional Court judges and judges annually, with effect from 1 April 2014, tabled on 5 February 2015 and referred to it, recommends that the House approves the Notice and Schedule.

2. Report of the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services on the Draft Notice and Schedule determining the rate at which salaries, allowances and benefits are payable to magistrates annually, dated 3 March 2015:

The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Draft Notice and Schedule submitted in terms of section 12(3) of the Magistrates' Act, 1993 (Act No 90 of 1993), determining the rate at which salaries are payable to magistrates annually, with effect from 1 April 2014, tabled on 5 February 2015 and referred to it, recommends that the House approves the Notice and Schedule.
