Parliament 2016 just drew to a close and the infographic below looks at how busy it was during each of its four terms, comparing numbers for committee meetings, constituency days, plenary sittings and legislation. There were considerably less meetings, constituency days and plenary sittings in the 3rd term due to the extended constituency period in preparation for the local government elections that took place on 3 August 2016.
