Dear Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, I have send a complaint to Cogta around December 2018 and on the 3rd of December 2018 i received an acknowledgement letter promising that the complain will be bought to the ministers attention who was Dr Mkhize then. Till today we haven't received any response, who should i take it up with because the reason i took it up with Cogta national was because our Municipal Manager does not respond to written communication. Ex Mayor, office of the premier they never bother to respond to people's complains.

Please assist as people of this municipality are busy abusing their powers
