(1) With reference to her reply to question 269 on 12 May 2015, when will she actually fully answer the points raised in the question in accordance with her constitutional obligation as set out in section 92 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, relating to which service providers have been used for the Mikondzo Project; (2) whether each specified service provider that has been used is registered on the SA Social Security Agency’s (SASSA) database; if not, how were the service providers who were not on the SASSA database when Friday, 29 May 2015 672 INTERNAL QUESTION PAPER: NATIONAL ASSEMBLY NO 17 - 2015 they were first appointed identified; if so, (a) which services did each service provider provide for each event and (b) what amount was paid to each service provider for each event, from the inception of the project to date?
