Yes, an investigation was initiated on 10 February 2014 whereby two sludge producers were identified, namely, East Rand Water Care Company and Johannesburg Water. The Departments Regional Office is still busy continuing with the investigations and once all the necessary information has been gathered a comprehensive report indicating recommendations and interventions required will be compiled. ---00O00---
