When was he made aware as Leader of Government Business of the intended use of signal jammers and other additional security measures during the State of the Nation Address on 12 February 2015?

(1) Whether he has found that the indefinitely suspended peace talks in South Sudan dates back to the prevalence of conflicts on the African continent, from the days of the late President Mobutu Sese Seko of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and many others, where leaders held on to power and used state resources to defend and enrich themselves, their family and close associates; (2) whether the Government has any future plans to help unlock the deadlock in South Sudan; if so, what are the relevant details?

Whether he attended a meeting at the Southern Sun Maputo hotel in Maputo, Mozambique, on 18 January 2015; if so, (a) what are the names of the people who were in attendance at the meeting, (b) what was the nature of the meeting and (c) what issues were discussed at the meeting?

Whether the Government will support the repeated call (details furnished), for all forensic reports in government departments, municipalities and entities to be made public without let or hindrance, at the time of their finalisation in order to increase transparency in government and the parastatals in order to combat corruption; if not, why not; if so, how will the Government give immediate effect to this call in a legally binding manner so that it has real teeth?

In light of the public outcry regarding ways in which Israel is conducting itself (details furnished), why is the Government not putting enough pressure on a certain company (name furnished) through its majority share by Public Investment Cooperation (PIC) to disinvest from Israeli products and support local small scale farmers and develop our industries?

(1) Whether the Government has engaged the Health Professionals Council of SA (HPCSA) regarding the shortfall of medical practitioners in the country; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details; (2) whether the Government has engaged the HPCSA regarding foreign trained doctors and their assimilation into health services system as soon as possible in order to bridge the shortfall; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
