About Sibongile Pearm Tsoleli

Ms Tsoleli was born in Sterkspruit in the Eastern Cape where she attended Makumsha Primary School, followed by Amaqwathi Junior Secondary School, Sterkspruit Senior Secondary School and Nkululeko Senior Secondary School. For her tertiary education she went to Bensonvale College of Education, followed by the University of Free State and then the University of Witwatersrand. She spent some time working in the Department of Education. She served as a Member of the Provincial Legislature from 2008 to 2014, at which time she joined Parliament .
