Ms M Molebatsi (ANC) stated that she thought arrest and seizure figures were a good indicator of police performance. Why should they not be regarded as such?
Ms. MA Molebatsi (ANC) commented that she saw a television broadcast of people dancing and it got people in her area dancing too.
Mr Molebatsi (ANC) asked how the Minister would go about instilling a culture of human rights in the service.
