About Lerato Cynthia Theko

From 2006 - November 2010, Ms Theko served as the Council Speaker for the Bushbuckridge Local Municipality. From December 2010 to December 2012, she served as the provincial chairperson of the NYDA in Mpumalanga. In March 2013, Ms Theko was appointed to serve on the national task team of the ANCYL until 2014 and in July of 2014, she was appointed to serve as an alternate member of the Mpumalanga Rental Tribunal until April 2017. In May 2017, she was appointed as a Member of Parliament.
