Mr Khoarai has been an MP since 2005. He served in the Free State Legislature( 2004-2005), as well as served as Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Tourism & Environmental Affairs, Member of the Portfolio Committee on Health, Member of the Portfolio Committee on Foreign Affairs. In his past political career he was Regional councillor Free State, Free State Regional Membership Officer, Councillor Fezile Dabi Region, ANCYL, ANC Rammolutsi Branch Deputy Secretary, Student activist; Rammolutsi Youth Congress.
