Dr P Rabie (ANC) indicated that reports were already being submitted but he agreed they should be debated monthly. Mr J Theron (DP) concurred.
Mr J. Theron (DP) asked how the procedures could be changed to suit members anyway, as it was parliamentary procedures that determined the legislation process and not the Department.
Mr J Theron (DP-Gauteng) asked whether the decision to adopt should take place at that meeting and whether the same had been done in the Portfolio Committee.
