Mr Mogale (ANC) questioned as to whether there was duplication taking place between the SETA’s and JIPSA. Research needed to be done in this area.

Mr Mogale (ANC) enquired if the Department had not received a qualified report from the Auditor General for under spending.

Mr Mogale (ANC) suggested that the Committee move faster as he felt too much time was being spent on issues.
