(1) Whether her department has a complete and reliable audit that is available of all (a) mud schools in the country, (b) schools with (i) no running water, (ii) no electricity, (iii) no water borne toilets, (iv) no furniture and other equipment, (v) a shortage of educators and (vi) a lack of scholar transport and (c) schools and/or classrooms that are overcrowded; if not, (aa) why not and (bb) what are her department’s plans in this regard; if so, what are the relevant details; (2) whether all such schools have been put on her department’s priority list to resolve the problems and to be adequately (a) upgraded, (b) improved or (c) replaced; if not, (i) why not and (ii) what are her department’s plans in this regard; if so, (aa) what are the time frames that have been set to achieve this and (bb) what are the further relevant details?
