Through you House Chair, Minister, in its own financial report, Eskom admits that currently independent power producers, IPPs, account for more than 25% of primary energy generation that produces less than 5% of the necessary energy. Will you consider reviewing all power purchase agreements with independent power producers with the aim of exiting these contracts that make no sense at all, as part of your turnaround roadmap? If not, what are the reasons you are going to remain with these agreements, and what will it be of benefit for the country?
