Dear Committee Chairperson
( Dr Kenneth Leonard Jacobs )

I , Pienaar Mkansi an employee of the Department of Health - Mpumalanga at Tintswalo Hospital Pharmacy Section from 1st September 1992 , Persal Number : 80603068.I reside at Acornhoek , Ward Number: 19 , Bushbuckridge Municipality , Mpumalanga Province .P.o.Box 855 , Acornhoek 1360, Cell : 071 560 , Email:pienaar.mkansi@gmail.com .

I am requesting the Committee Chairperson ( Dr Kenneth Leonard Jacobs ) and Portfolio Commottee On Health ( National Assembly Parliament ) to urgently intervene and address my dispute with the Department of Health - Mpumalanga ( the Employer ) .

It is almost 16 years , 03 Months and 09 Days for the dispute not being resolved (date started 04th July 2007 ) because the Department of Health - Mpumalanga ( Employer ) is not giving attention to the matter / dispute to be resolved amicably.

The employer Chief Pharmacist Mr Ngobeni W.B. at Tintswalo Hospital ,Pharmacy Section Unfairly transfer me without following the proper procedures written on the Senior Management Service Handbook on the 04th of July 2007 .
The transfer was unsuccessful , my subordinate and my work responsibilities was taken away.

On the 1st of December 2008 , the Chief Pharmacist Mr Ngobeni W.B . gave me a Punitive Suspension when he issued a letter to grant a termination of my service employment contract .

I tried to challenged the dispute with Legal Aid South Africa to Labour Court , case no : JR 1310 / 09 , with no outcome on my side .

I also referred the dispute to the Public Health and Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council ( PHSDSBC ) Case Number : PSHS773-22/23 , without success .

I am requesting that immediate action be taken to resolve the dispute by the Health Department of Mpumalanga as per Senior Management Service Handbook written Procedures , because the dispute is unreasonable too long without being resolved .

Respectfully Yours

Mkansi Pienaar
