Dear Portfolio Committee On Trade, Industry and Competition,

I am extremely concerned with the way MIOSA is conducting their business. Having conducted a mini research. mainly because I wanted to understand the following:
1. why is my case case taking long, almost three months without any form of feedback?
2. Are there any similar patterns I can observe from other customers through website search and hellopeter?

My preliminary observation is that " there seem to be unnecessary delays on certain cases, whilst other similar cases are handled quicker. Why is there differences in how these cases are handled - I am very concerned. Also, people are loosing confidence in this intuition. It helps to not trust annual reports too much for any organisation. every little detail must be verified.
