Dear Portfolio Committee on Health, good evening I hope you are well and keeping safe. As much as you want to regulate smoking something I need to bring to your attention. I was in a shopping centre the other day when people were walking and doing this vap smoking and there is was thinking if these people are walking in shopping malls vaping than people might as well be walking and smoking. People have been smoking since they were age 18 now they are 80/90 years old, even doctors are advising them not to quit smoking.
