Dear Portfolio Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, good evening I hope you are well and keeping safe. I like how people can say," We voted for you and we can vote you out". But they don't say as to where petitions and vote of no confidence should be sent to. There is to many changing of the guard in the city of joburg so we become lost and annoying. I live in ward 69 the DA councilor sitting in office for a second term is by far the most useless person I have ever come across and she expects other ward councillors to do her work even one or two of the residents. I have reached that point where I say," why must I do her work when she gets paid every month. Please one should be told and given names, contact details of people who can deal with ward governance challenges
