Dear Portfolio Committee on Home Affairs,

Please attend to the legal department in Tshwane head office whereby posts are advertised which went through last year for some individuals who applied...went for interviews at the end they were told there is no budget for the posts
Now as of this day the 6th of March 2023 the very same posts are advertised for senior legal administration...already there are people they want who are incompetent and not matching the criteria...

The director of that legal department is bully and oppressive.we need your help hence there's no production which we the people on the ground are crying for...so disappointing on behalf of our hard working Dr Aaron Motswaledi.
Can those posts be stopped with immediate effect as they are being eyed for certain individuals
