My name is Moegamat Williams, my husband and I have been taking care of a boy since the age of 8 months, his parents are both drug addicts and we have been doing everything for him we have been in and out of social workers office and home affairs to try and get this baby his birth certificate his 4 years old now and would need to go to school next year they want the mother to come, we are not able to find the mother and when we do see her she runs away this boy only knows us please we need some assistance with arranging his birth, the social workers said that they are not able to help him, I had to fight with the nurse at the clinic for him to get a road to health booklet in order for him to get his immunizations up to date since his birth mother just didn't care. I want this boy to be able to go to school next year please help me I don't want him ending up on the street selling drugs because we failed by not being able to get him registered and getting a birth certificate please please please please point me in the right direction we have been everywhere and no one seems to be assisting us.
