My name is Andi Isni Pujirana. I am an Idonesian citizen currently doing my Ph.D. at Nelson Madela University.

I applied for my study visa on 28/01/2022 and the application was received by DHA in Pretoria on 31st January 2022. I have sent numerous emails, hundreds of phone calls and to date I still await for my study visa.

As a foreinger who is a professional Educator I must state that I have not received such poor service in any country anywhere in the world.

I pray that you can assist to resolve my problem.
