Member of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature
Mr Williams has experience serving as the municipal manager of the Joe Gqabi district municipality for more than 20 years. In 2022 he was elected as the provincial treasurer of the ANC in the Eastern Cape. Currently, he is serving as the MEC for COGTA.
