Infographic: The Presidential Hotline - How responsive has government been

The Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation briefed their oversight committee on the efficiency of the Presidential Hotline in Parliament last week. The hotline was set up to deal with citizen complaints by the request of President Zuma. In dealing with complaints, the DPME, who oversees the hotline, is tasked with resolving complaints and attending to requests. The following infographic details their responses.
