My name is Shaun Mathys.

I was issued with a fine of allmost 10k for what was said by 2 gentleman that the city send to my house to check for electricity that was stolen when the gentleman was at my place they told me that there was a clamp on wire's i told them i don't no anything about that and now the city gave me a fine of 80k that they deduct when i buy electricity i went to the office of Joan Woodman and send her a email but no joy how am i suppose to live like this and me and my wife isn't working I've ask at Joan Woodman office about all the elegal electricity that you can clearly see but nothing gets done about that they couldn't give me any answers regarding this so unfair
