Dear Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Water and Sanitation and Human Settlements,

I am writing on behalf of the residents of newly developments Phatshima extension in Pampierstad Northen cape, to urgently bring to your attention the severe challenges we are facing due to the lack of access to water and electricity in our area

It has come to our collective attention that despite repeated appeals and efforts, our community has been without access for years. This absence not only affects our daily lives but also poses significant health and safety risks to all residents, particularly the vulnerable members of our community.

The absence of clean water hinders our ability to practice basic hygiene measures and maintain adequate sanitation standards, which are crucial for the health and well-being of our community. Furthermore, the lack of electricity impedes our capacity to carry out essential tasks and compromises our safety, particularly during emergencies.

We kindly request your assistance in addressing these critical issues. We understand that resolving infrastructure challenges may take time and resources, but we urge you to prioritize our community's needs and work towards finding sustainable solutions.

We are fully committed to collaborating with your esteemed committee and providing any assistance or information required to facilitate the resolution of these challenges. Your prompt action in this matter would not only alleviate the hardships faced by our community but also demonstrate a commitment to upholding the basic rights and dignity of all citizens.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We eagerly await your favorable response and assistance in resolving these critical issues.

Sincerely,

Boineelo
