Hope this message finds you well I was involved in a motorcycle accident in which I was left with a disability I was given a undertaking as part of my settlement but the Road Accident Fund has not honored this agreement and has been messing me around for months. My caregiver has not been paid which had left him homeless and not able to buy food and when I speak to them they say they will pay month end this doesn't help because he has no food or place to go please help because I have been everywhere without any luck
