Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, Im so disappointed in the the services of the NPA. As a community we want to speak for two brothers that is unlawful imprisoned for molestation and rape. Two brothers are in prison for this offends. We as a community know for a fact it is not true. The two brothers dont have any defends. The judge in Bishop Lavis extend the case everytime. They now wait for DNA tests eg. paternity tests. We I wrote a letter to the NPA almost a year ago and current but with no feedback. We as a comittee at our dayhospital wrote a letter to the court as we know the circumstatnces around this case. The sister who put her brothers in jail did it to get access to the house which belongs to the brothers in prison. The real person who impregnant the accused is walking around knowing he was responsible for having sex with a minor on high school. Now the brothers are in jail and we believe in their innocense. I brought all these facts under the intention of the Child Protection Unit at Bishop Lavis SAPS, and the social worker involved in this case. I send copies of the joint letter . How is it possible that no one are intrested in this two innocent brothers because their sister have a personal vendetta against their brothers. I personally know the family very well and are aware of this whole case. Please assist us as community members are still unhappy about the injustise, One of the brothers had a stroke in prison due to the pressure and are deaf now and make it impossible to visit him as he cant hear. Can this department help us to get the help to the two brothers as they need it urgently. Ronald Wesssels
