Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Innovation, I'm raising a concern about the method used in admitting students at UMP Mbombela Campus. There's allegations that one needs to pay a bribe for their child to be admitted in the University. I don't have evidence of these allegations however, what is happening to my child suggests that the allegations are true. She applied in 2021 for space in 2022, she passed with a bachelor and did not get space in 2023. She applied again for space in 2024 and still, she didn't get it. There's no explanation as to why is she not getting space. Please investigate these allegations and help our kids to get Education.
