Unfair dismissal/Unfair treatment

Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour.

Im just writing to express my dissatisfaction in the MEC and Act Chief Director Farrel Payne regarding my dissimal as Traffic Officer attached to the Department of Mobility.

I was dismissed with no evidence bare in mind with a pending criminal trail but was dismissed on hearsay evidence with one witness the police did not even want to witnesses for the alleged drunk driving charge .

Nevertheless they decided to dismiss me for the mere fact that I so lack of remorse and because I was arrested but bare in mind the Act Chief Director Farrel Payne is out on bail for sexual harrassment and has a pending criminal against him and he was not even suspended or anything yet he is the one who instructed the investigation.

I feel is unfair and need the urgent help regarding the situation because it is not only me but my children that is suffering because of this malicious action against me.

Please in need of help.
