Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,
I trust you had a great heritage day.
We as Agricultural Graduates are drowning in stress due to high rate of unemployment, which is very high in our sector at the moment.
Our ruling party announced during the budget speech the employment of 10 000 Agricultural Extension Officers 2020 for a period of 3years with possibility of permanent, the programme was then started 2023 January, but it only lasted 7Months to some people 4 months.
We are seeking assistance in fighting for what is right, which is getting our Jobs back and servicing our farmers. We are currently writing letters to all members of the parliament, we will be sending letters from 25 September 2023
