Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

For many frustrating months we have been trying to resolve queries for 8 companies whose group allocation was done incorrectly. Despite several personal visits to there offices ("Thank you very much, we will escalate the matter."), umpteenth emails etc, we have no joy. Subsequently to this we are unable to obtain our certificate of good standing.

We have been paying their offices various visits to try and rectify our companies' registration details and group allocation. In-between the various days where their systems were off and we had to submit manual queries, to having to query 3 companies at a time, we are still at a point where there is absolutely no resolve. We have tried in-person resolve, via the call centre and via emails. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

We urgently need to companies' categories to be changed to Consultants (20200). Please refer below for the list and further down for a trial of the most recent query numbers and details.

The office merely log queries and nothing gets resolved. We have recently received an email in reply to a mail we sent more than a year ago! Even then just to confirm receipt! We please need your assistance/guidance to get the matter resolved.
