Dear Portfolio Committee on Basic Education,briefly be informed that I have learned with excitement in relation to the all the organized committee who address challenges of schools hence the challenge of elected members of the SGB that of a salary was not addressed in South Africa we have three different kind of election
1 National Election citizens elect the President and he/She will get a salary and his partner as a first lady the President will nominate people to fill in different ministerial positions
2 municipalities election people of a ward elect the cancellor and get a salary even ward committee's will get a salary
3 SGB election parents elect people to govern the school without a salary they also employed teachers clerks general workers and assistance teachers without a salary
Time's have change we need a salary as well like any other elected people viz ward cancellor or president
We have been exploited by the departments of education is enough we have been voting for ANC for nothing is high time we consider a political party which will change the tune
